We are sad to announce that on September 27, 2022, at the age of 75, Charlotte Ann (Whitwell) Nelson of Deland, Florida, born in Ada, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Whitwell and Thelma Whitwell; and her granddaughter Elizabeth-Charlotte Clements. She is survived by: her husband John W. Nelson; her daughter Anna Nelson Clements (Thad Clements); and her brother Lewis Whitwell (Elizabeth Whitwell). She is also survived by her family and friends.
