He is survived by: his wife Agnes Collins; his daughter Cheryl Lewis (Lonnie Lewis); his grandson James Collins (Yvonne); his great grandchild Alyssa Collins; his sister Donnell Cartrett; his nephew Edward Johnson; and his niece Hazel Johnson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
