It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Yoder of Deland, Florida, who passed away on November 9, 2024, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Betty Yoder to pay them a last tribute.
As Betty departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Betty may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Betty leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Levere Hunt and Florence Leese; and her daughter Mary Brown. She is survived by: her children, John, Theresa, Nancy, Elaine, David, Rebecca, Samuel and Roman. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Lankford Funeral Home & Crematory (220 E New York Ave, DeLand, FL 32724).
