It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Willie Dean Drake (Defuniak Springs, Florida), who passed away on November 13, 2024, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Willie Crews; and his siblings, William Earl Drake, Charles Drake, James Drake and Carrie Bryan.

He is survived by: his mother Sarah Drake Campbell; his children, Amanda Drake, Jesse Drake and Joshua Drake; his grandchildren, Bradley Lee McDonald, Gabriel McDonald, Emma Renae McDonald, Nickloas Drake McDonald, Jesse Paul Drake, Jr., Hunter James Drake, Joshua Lee Drake, Jr. and Emilyn Drake; his great grandchildren, Lyla Drake and Braelyn Drake; and his sisters, Irene (Jearld Mckee), Eileen (John Stanley), Betty Hayes and Nora Drake Jordan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Clary-Glenn Funeral Home Chapel (230 Park Ave, Defuniak Springs, FL 32435). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery (2415 Co Hwy 1883, Defuniak Springs, FL 32433).
