She was predeceased by: her husband Howard C. Burgess; her parents, Joseph Clarence and Maggie Crews Creamer; and her siblings, John "Buford" Ward, Joseph "Jake" Creamer, Tommy Creamer and Eva Padgett.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Burgess, Ralph Burgess, Gary Burgess (Vicki), Greg Burgess (Sherri), Jeff Burgess and Myra Shaw (Dean); her brother Aaron "Leroy" Creamer (Barbara); her grandchildren, Erica, Josh Smith, Andrew Burgess, Anthony, Brianna Burgess, Adam Shaw, Tyler Burgess and Nancy Richardson; and her great grandchildren, Riley Nowling, Emily Burgess and Otto Burgess. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
