He was predeceased by: his parents, Fraiser Mead Sr. and Rita Waltz Mead; his brother Gerald Mead; and his son Jason Mead. He is survived by: his children, Terry VanGarder (Bryan), Russell Mead, Jr., Glorie Mead and Elena Young (John); and his siblings, Donal Mead (Jackie), Frasier Mead, Jr. and Betty Rush. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
