He is survived by: his parents, James Elmer Bell and Hazel Estelle McHenry Bell; his spouse Gennifer Chapman Bell; his children, Shannon Bell Lang (Kahler) and Brandon Bell (Haley); his grandchildren, Finley Elizabeth Bell and Micah Ryan Bell; his parents-in-law, Bill Chapman and Milli Chapman; and his pets, Jack and Sadie. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
