He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Duclau and Doris Duclau; his son Richard Duclau, Jr.; and his grandsons, Julius and Sabastian.
He is survived by: his wife Pamela Duclau; his children, Adam Duclau, Misty St. Pierre (Fidel) and Lisa Desmarias (Bruce); and his daughter-in-law Elaine. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
