He was predeceased by: his parents, David Patrick Neenan and Meda Christine Marsh Neenan; his siblings, David William Neenan, Patricia Elizabeth Natalizio and Fay Neenan; his son Robert Anthony Scanlon; and his former wife Lois Gail Neenan.
He is survived by: his wife Syglendia Lou Neenan (Sam); his siblings, Dennis James Neenan and Mary Ann Neenan Ryan; and his son David Aaron Neenan. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
