He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Foy Bulger and Hazel Wynell Infinger Bulger. He is survived by: his wife Susan L. Bulger of DeFuniak Springs, Florida; his sons, Mikel Ray Bulger, Jr. (Kaleigh Strain) of Clover and Christian Tyler Bulger of DeFuniak Springs, Florida; and his sisters, Debra Elizabeth Bowling of West Columbia and Elaine Matthews of DeFuniak Springs, Florida. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
