He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Carr and Nina Holley Carr; his wife Donna Heaton Carr; his parents-in-law, Lula Heaton and Bob Heaton; his brothers, Gene Carr and Emmett Carr; and his sister-in-law Gaye Carr.
He is survived by: his daughters, Brianna Leavins (Josh Harrison) of DeFuniak Springs and Brittany Swinford (Josh Swinford) of Gulf Breeze, Florida; his grandchildren, Reed Leavins, Brylee Leavins, Clara Swinford, Owen Swinford and Sophie Swinford; his sister Era Ann Carr of Milton, Florida; and his sister-in-law Anne Carr. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, and many other extended family and close friends.
