He is survived by: his wife Oglesby Simmons of DeFuniak Springs; his sons, Markus Lewis Simmons (Kristi) of Paxton and Keith Lewis Simmons (Rita) of Tampa Bay, Florida; his siblings, Milton Simmons (Debbie) and Pat Freil (Leroy); and his grandchildren, Anabelle Simmons, Virginia Simmons, Angel Simmons, Dustin Simmons, Xander Simmons and Kevin Simmons.
