She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Howard and Lynn Allen; and her former husband Sonny Padgett. She is survived by: her sons, Kyle Padgett (Melissa Hampton) and Kade McAllister; her grandson Xavier Padgett; her siblings, Gregory Howard (Jeri Ross), Anthony Howard (Chad Wright) and Trina Ptak (Dave); her nieces, Brooke Howard and Sophia Ptak; her nephew Owen Ptak; her former husband Skip McAllister; and her pets, Champ, Lela and Jake. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
