He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Sparks and Beulah Rucker Sparks. He is survived by: his daughters, Peggy Osborne (Wade) of California and Kelly Vidaurri of California; his stepchildren, Max Boone of Valparaiso and Amanda Boone of Niceville, Florida; and his siblings, Marvin Sparks of DeFuniak Springs, Florida and Ada Kathy Myers (Terry) of Ohio. He is also survived by four grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
