With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Larry Oparka of Defuniak Springs, Florida, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on November 9, 2021 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Edmund Oparka; his former wife Lynn Saulisberry Oparka; his daughter Angie Streeter; his parent Stephany Cienke Oparka; his cousins, Scott Skjordahl, Emily Sue Skjordahl (Foltz) and Stanley Oparka; and his aunts, Violet Cienke Mick and Helen B. Oparka.

He is survived by: his children, Larry, Lynn and Dot; his sister Helen Saulisberry; his brother-in-law Rick Hargreaves; his wife Terri; his children, Stephany and Michael; his aunt Milly Cienke Skjordahl; his cousins, Jeff Skjordahl (Ilona) and Judy Skjordahl; his sister-in-law Helen Hargreaves (Rick); his nephew James Hargreaves (Christen); his daughters, Paula Cohen (Mark), Michelle Outlaw (Patrick), Christy Sackett and Connie Reyes; his grandchildren, Jonathan, Matthew, Sean, Samantha, Eli, Kaitlyn, Aeris, Charleigh Rose and Millie; his great grandchildren, Sammus and Mollie; and also Richard. He is also survived by his children, bonus children and grandchildren.
