It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Juliaette Barge of Defuniak Springs, Florida, born in Florala, Alabama, who passed away on September 11, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her children, Dexter Barge, Sr. (Evelyn) of Valrico, FL, Sylvia Barge, LauWanda Fitz (Jerome), Tonya Edington (Maurice) of Tallahassee, FL, RoyRick Barge (Tara) of Wesley Chapel, FL and Delrek Barge (Merri) of Apopka, FL; her siblings-in-law, Jesse Barge (Rose) of Panama City, FL, Barbara Gipson of DeFuniak Springs, FL, Ruth Brown of Mobile, AL, Vera Randolph, Gloria Riley (Paul) of Panama City, FL, Billie June Whitley of Philadelphia, PA and Roberta Whitley of Fayetteville, NC; her grandchildren, Julia Gibby (Clarence), Ashlee Gomez (Kevin), Jacleen Barge, Birausha, Katelin McLeod, Dexter Barge, Jr., Jerion Fitz, Olivia Grace Barge, Jaylen Barge, Sadie Barge and Gabriella Edington; and her great grandchildren, Kyndall, Tristan, Jaxson Gibby, Kaden, Klaire Gomez and Mazzi Dantley. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Due to Covid, a private funeral service will be held for family, however the family invites anyone who wishes to join them in celebrating the life of their beloved Juliaette to watch the service via live stream on Facebook at the link below.
