She was predeceased by: her parents, Arie Galloway and Mona Galloway; and her siblings, Mary Reed, Roy, Douglas and Charlie Galloway.
She is survived by: her husband Delmer Adams; her children, Tony Suber (Jan), Angie Oswalt (Warren), Sonya Cohn (Chuck), Janie Griffith (Bobby Gunter), Laurie Truett and Marie Lawrence (Butch); and her sisters, Nora Kirkland and Dorothy Dean. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you please make a donation to the American Heart Association, or a charity of your choice in memory of Juanita.
