He is survived by: his wife Carole Palmer; his sons, Joseph Palmer (Sloan-Cass Palmer) and Scott Palmer; his grandchildren, Jade and Paige Palmer; and his sisters, Marie (Gerry LeBlanc) and Roseann Turnquist. He is also survived by his step-children and step-grandchildren.
