We are sad to announce that on November 28, 2023, at the age of 61, John Jeffery Hartley (Defuniak Springs, Florida), born in Fernandina Beach, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Wesley and Anna Ruth Hartley (Waits); his stepfather Louis Downing; his wife Teena Hartley; his daughters, Tracy Potwin (Jamie) and Trina Starling (Kyle); his grandchildren, Amanda Weaver (Todd), Lindsey Starling (Kurt), Kyle Starling (Nicole), Dawson Starling and Brittany Potwin; his great grandchildren, Kynley Johnson, Trenton Johnson, Olivia Spurlock and Brynlee Spurlock; and also John W. Hartley.
