She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Pryor and Myrtle Alford Pryor; her husband Lawton Mathews; and her siblings, Betty Graham and Eugene Pryor.
She is survived by: her children, Lisa Melson (Brandon) and Lawton Mathews Jr.; her stepdaughter Stella Devaney (Michael) of Tallahassee, Florida; her grandsons, Rhett and Kane Melson of DeFuniak Springs, Florida; her stepgrandchildren, Christopher Devaney (Marianne) of Jacksonville, Florida, Scott and Leanna Devaney of Tallahassee, Florida; her great grandchild Elizabeth Jade of DeFuniak Springs, Florida; her brother-in-law Joe Graham; and her nieces, Belinda Jolly, Sue Silva of Massachusetts, Sheila Harris and Lynn McLaney of Alabama.
