He was predeceased by: his parents, James Wellington Bullard, Jr. and Mary Jean Gillis Bullard. He is survived by: his wife Hope Bullard of DeFuniak Springs, Florida; his daughter Rita Fry (Robert) of Valparaiso, Florida; and his granddaughters, Chelsea and Faith Fry.
