He was predeceased by: his parents, Hamilton Stephenson Butler and Vera Moore Butler Mr (Butler); and his siblings, J. S., Bubber, Junior, Edwin, Cecil, Bill, Ruben, Pat, Ida Mae, Lou, Edna, Joyce and Gail.
He is survived by: his children, Robert Larry Butler and DeeAnn Butler Peels; his grandchildren, Eric Peels, Greg Peels, Melanie Butler, Cole Butler, Blake Butler and Taylor Butler; and his great grandchildren, Tanner, McKenzie, Cody Peels, Stella and Garrison Peels. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
