With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Henegar of Defuniak Springs, Florida, born in Lake City, Tennessee, who passed away on September 29, 2020 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Vernon Henegar and Laura Smith Henegar; his wife Joan L. Henegar; his children, Robert Norwood (Phylis), Rick Norwood (Janice), James Hathaway (Mike Snyder), Karen Henegar Kohirieser (Larry), Cindi Norwood Barett (Joe) and Jill Norwood; his granddaughter Hannaha Schultz; and his sisters, Nancy Smith (Ken), Dill Taylor and Sandra Hardesty. He was also cherished by fifteen grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren.
