It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Irene Bane Griffin of Defuniak Springs, Florida, born in Radford, Virginia, who passed away on December 27, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Brady Bane and Virginia Bane; her husband George; her siblings, Bill, Shirley and Betty; and her grandson Andrew.
She is survived by: her daughters, Tammy and Vikki (Don); and her granddaughters, Beth (Trapper), Katie (Shaheer) and Rebecca (Ruben). She is also survived by her great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
