She is survived by: her daughters, Nicole Andrews (Forrest) of Jacksonville and Tanya Halstead (Robert) of Pensacola; her grandchildren, Alexis Andrews, Forrest Andrews, II, Stephen Halstead, Christopher Halstead and John Paul Halstead; and her great grandchild Ember Halstead.
