She was predeceased by: her husband William Toole; her parents, Van Ness R. Butler Sr. and Helen Enzor Butler; and her siblings, Van Ness R. Butler II and Gretchen Infinger.
She is survived by: her children, Stan Toole and Elyce Sullivan; her grandchildren, Jennifer Waldrip (Sullivan), Julie Meyer (Collier), Wesley Sullivan (Christina), Kimberly Toole and Emily Sullivan; and her great grandchildren, Andersen, Alfie, Theo and Ruby.
