She was predeceased by: her parents, Carrie Dubose and Shirley Gertrud Paul; and her siblings, Glendel Eugene Dubose, Joel Dean Dubose, Lavon Burdick and Elouise Dubose.
She is survived by: her former spouse Thomas Eugene Stevens; her children, Phillip Eugene Stevens, Mary Ellen Thompson, Shirley Jean McNees and Virginia Diane Kiceina; and her grandson Bobby Ronald Stevens. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great- grandchildren.
