He is survived by: his wife Minnie Cawthon of DeFuniak Springs; his children, Donald Edward Cawthon (Melissa Hyatt), Donnie Franklin Cawthon of Niceville, Florida and Michelle Moran; his siblings, Robert Cawthon of Crestview, Florida and Betty Ann Blackman; his grandchildren, Sierra Lee Cawthon, Donald Walker Cawthon, Lathan Riley Cawthon and Madeline Pearl Cawthon; and his great grandchildren, Louis, Anna Mae and Tyler Ray.
