He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Neibert and Grace R. Neibert; his wife Suiden Neibert; his son Donald W. Neibert; and his sisters, Mary Smith, Roberta Clamp and Grace Turner.
He is survived by: his daughters, Elizabeth Henderson (LD) of DeFuniak Springs and Patrice Zephro; and his brother Robert F. Neibert of Aston, Pennsylvania. He is also survived by seven nieces and nephews; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and many extended family and friends.
