He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wynell and Everette Yates, Sr.; his wife Diane Yates of Dallas, Texas.; his children, Alice Walker (David), Judy Perlitz (Jimmy), Donna Morale (Anthony) and Brian Yates (Esther); and his grandchildren, James, Zach, Lucy, Anthony, Sonny and Kimmi.
