She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnny Sullivan and Gracie Sullivan; her husband Tommy Crockett; and her sister Amjewel Sullivan. She is survived by: her daughters, Sharon Sievers of DeFuniak Springs and Lamanda Sue Schuster (Alfred) of Denver, Colorado; and her grandchildren, Matthew, Melissa Sievers and Alex Schuster.

Due to COVID-19, her family will be unable to travel at this time and are planning a memorial for a later date.
