We are sad to announce that on August 30, 2023, at the age of 61, Elizabeth Pickard Carnley of Defuniak Springs, Florida, born in Limestone, Maine passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Olin, Sr. and Sylvia Belle Bowie Pickard; and her niece Justina "Tina" Pickard. She is survived by: her children, Windell Carnley (Jessica) of DeFuniak Springs, J. T and David Pickard of DeFuniak Springs; her grandchildren, Jagger Carnley, Jett Carnley and Renna Carnley; and her siblings, Tom Pickard, Jr. (Justina) of DeFuniak Springs, Elsie Watson (Donald) of Cumming and Ellen Pickard McLean (Randy) of DeFuniak Springs. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
