She is survived by: her husband William Hays Foushee; her children, Mark Foushee of Freeport, Marcia Foushee of DeFuniak Springs, Steven Foushee (Beth) of Holmes County and Todd Foushee (Heidi Foushee) of DeFuniak Springs, Florida; her grandchildren, Chad Foushee (Shelly Foushee) of DeFuniak Springs, Ashley Fullwiler (Michael Fullwiler) of DeFuniak Springs, Tristan Foushee of DeFuniak Springs, Hannah Foushee of DeFuniak Springs and Coda Foushee of DeFuniak Springs, Florida; her great grandchildren, Nicole Foushee, Cathy Mae and Dakota Fullwiler; and her great great grandchild Zayden. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
