It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna Jean McKinney of Defuniak Springs, Florida, who passed away on July 6, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Berwanger and Ilen Aubrey Berwanger; her brothers, Bobby Berwanger and Raymond "Top" Berwanger; her granddaughter Paige Riley; and her son-in-law John Singletary.
She is survived by: her husband Howard Hal McKinney of DeFuniak Springs; her children, Junior Cox (Gloria), Judith Cox, Raymond Gavin and Michelle Singletary; her grandchildren, Mark Cox, Richard Cox, Kirsten McKee, Kalissa Gavin, Nichole Edwards, Jimmy Thomas, Hunter McKinney and Jerry Gavin; and her siblings, Butch Berwanger (Vivian) of Jamestown, Kenny Allen (Tracy) of DeFuniak Springs and Sherry Pflanzer (Bryan) of Jamestown, Ohio.. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
