He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Alice Hoover and Ray Hoover; his wife Gina Louise Hahn of Youngstown; his sisters, Phyllis of Youngstown, Ohio. and Jeannie of Youngstown, Ohio.; and his son-in-law Scott Clary of DeFuniak Springs.
He is survived by: his brothers, Jerry of Youngstown and Jimmy of Mesa, Arizona.; his children, Dennis Lee Hoover (Brenda) of Destin Florida and Wendy Hoover Clary of DeFuniak Springs; his grandchildren, Dylan Hoover (Jessica) of DeFuniak Springs, Jade Tucker (RJ) of DeFuniak Springs, Holly Allen, Whitney Mann (Scottie) of DeFuniak Springs and Ashley Eddings of Atlanta, Georgia.; and his friend Cindi Walker-Alford. He is also survived by loving husband and devoted father kept his family.
