He was predeceased by: his parents, Perry A. Rowe and Dorothy McCleskey Rowe; and his wife Mary E. Price Rowe. He is survived by: his children, Larry D. Rowe (Lisa) of Ponce and Tracy D. Brown of Ponce; his grandchildren, Hillary Williams (Shane) of Freeport, Harley L. Rowe (Melissa) of DeFuniak Springs, Florida and Mary Fleischfresser (Mark) of Ponce; and his great grandchildren, Gabrielle Williams, Grace Williams and Dean Fleischfresser.
