It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daisy Winona McLendon of Defuniak Springs, Florida, who passed away on April 1, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband John Ferrell McLendon; her parent Anna Belle Floyd; and her grandparents, George and Mollie Floyd. She is survived by: her daughters, Pauline, Faye and Lynn; her granddaughters, Melody Marier (Matthew) and Victoria Flynn; her great grandchild Gracie Marier; her sister Winona; her brother-in-law Ronnie McLendon (Maralyn); and also Carolyn Harrison Blizzard of Madison. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
