He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell M. Sydenstricker, Jr. and Catherine A. Dilley; his siblings, Sheila A. Pennington, Richard A. Sydenstricker, Barry C. Sydenstricker, Russell M. Sydenstricker, III and Daniel M. Sydenstricker; and his grandchildren, Kolton and Duncan Zeillemaker.

He is survived by: his girlfriend Irene Hager; his children, Jessica D. Sydenstricker (Tamar Robinson), Rebecca Zeillemaker (Dustin), James Sydenstricker and Stephanie Hinote (Sam Williams); his grandchildren, Brooklyn Robinson, Evan Robinson, Oliver Robinson, Everett Zeillemaker, Taylor Hinote, Alexia Hinote and Kayden Hinote; and his siblings, Gregg Sydenstricker and Debbie Difilippo.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to help offset expenses.
