He is survived by: his wife Della Fordham; his children, Carla Lea Fordham Moller (William), Mark Scott Fordham and Debra Marie Fordham; his stepchildren, Kimberly Elizabeth Kimberl Kirby (Rick), William "Billy" Calhoun Kimberl IV and Darin Thomas Kimberl (Polani); and his siblings, Jack Carl Fordham (Pat), Donna Faye Fordham and Dennie Ray Fordham (America). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
