He is survived by: his wife Peggy Hutto; his stepson John Brown; his daughters, Theresa Mattraw (Kyle) of Hawaii and KaSandra Ann of Wellborn; his mother Mary Hutto; and his siblings, Kimberly Enderson (Tiny) and Jimmy Hutto. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
True to his giving nature, Billy donated his body to cancer research and continues to be a blessing to many through helping with scientific advance.
