She was predeceased by: her parents, Ward Garrett and Clara Fouch Garrett; and her daughter Kathy. She is survived by: her son-in-law Steve; and her grandchildren, James, Daphne, Dawn Marie and Rhianna. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
