She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles William Shaffer and Mildred Bell Jones Shaffer; and her sister Melissa. She is survived by: her husband Andrew S. Evans, Sr. of Mossy Head, Florida; her sister Barbara Weaver of St. Petersburg, Florida; her children, Ramona Hope Evans of St. Petersburg Florida, Mary Pentel (Larry) and Andrew Evans Jr. (Sonya) of Crestview, Florida; and her grandchildren, Andrew S. Evans III, Sara Violet Evans (Max), Cory Evans, Darcy Pentel (Chris), Laura Pentel-Klang and William Pentel. She is also survived by Great Grandchildren.
