We are sad to announce that on February 27, 2023, at the age of 80, Arbutus H. Ratliff of Defuniak Springs, Florida, born in Honaker, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Harris and Malissa Miller; her husband Luther Ratliff; her children, Melissa Rose and Anthony Ratliffe; and her siblings, Marvin Harris, Lloyd Harris, Ervin Harris, Paul Harris, Kathleen Harris, Thelma Harris and Leona Sims.
She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Carson Ratliff and Saundra Willis (Jimmy); and her sisters, Betty Dale and Darlene Breedlove. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren.
