He was predeceased by: his parents, Elzie Perry and Amanda Perry. He is survived by: his wife Peggy J. Perry; his children, Terry, Terence Perry, Mary Gunn and Sherril Galdney; and his siblings, Harold Perry, C. W. Perry and Carol Hawkins. He is also survived by Eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
