He was predeceased by: his sister Helen Francis Lloyd-Stevenson. He is survived by: his wife Glenda Marshall (Garrett); his children, Russell W. Marshall (Treva) and Marietta L. Bradford; his grandchildren, Brandon, Devin, Ella Grace and John Russell Bradford; and his brothers, Samuel Frank Marshall, Mark Clyde Marshall and Daniel Gilbert Marshall. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
