She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Chambers and Mary Chambers; her husband William Davis Price; her daughter Rosa Lee Beasley; and her siblings, James, William, Jessie Jr., Lillie Holt and Venia Bowling.

She is survived by: her son William D. Price, Jr. (Kay) of Danville, VA; and her siblings, Pauline Wells, Zella Parker (Al) of Elon College, NC and Romie Chambers of Pfafftown, NC. She is also survived by five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and two great great-grandchildren.
