He was predeceased by: his father Earl F. Carr, Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Mary Carr (Countryman) of Cooperstown; his children, Chad Carr (Hayley) and Casey Carr of Hartwick; his friend Cindy Carr of Hartwick; his sister Maria Carr (Brian) of Oneonta; his half-sister Diane Hasenkamp of Milford; his nephews, Jeffrey Brandow and Matthew Brandow; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Brody, Zachary and Rylynn. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
