He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael James and Mary Chvala Urick; his former wife Kay; his son Jim; his son-in-law Verne Jr.; his granddaughter Jennifer; his son Bob; his wives, Dorothy and Jeannine; and also Beverly.
He is survived by: his daughter Mary Kruse; his son-in-law David Kruse of Rutherfordton, NC.; his daughter Terri Oscarson of Deerfield Beach; his grandchildren, Heather, Hillary, Holly, Verne, Jenni, Cody, Ethan and Brenden; and his great grandchildren, Seth, Gage, Veronica, Luke, Erika, Bailey, Ryder and Carly.
