He is survived by: his children, Thomas Robert Johnson (Yvette Winia), Timothy Brice Johnson, Rebecca Joan Johnson, Susan Alice Weaver and Theodore Richard Johnson (Margaux). He is also survived by nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
