He is survived by: his daughter Katelyn; the parent of his child Lynn Swanson; his stepchildren, Michelle Koscielak and Tyler Smith; his father Edward (Joan); his brothers, Eddie, Kevin (Debi) and Todd (Carolyn); and his stepsiblings, Randee Vasilakos (George) and Neil Bernstein. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and step-grandchildren, and an abundance of extended family and dear friends.
